TO ORDER:

Just click the "buy" button next to the item you want.
Use the drop down menu (if available) to select size, color choice or other options.
This process generates an order form on Mal's E-com's secure server with payment options, including credit card, money order.
Just fill out the form and your order will be emailed to us.
Your credit card info is secure. Your personal info is not shared.
You will get a confirmation email with a total and list of items ordered.
Order will ship via priority mail the same or next day payment is received, except during holidays.
If there are any issues or delays we will contact you.

Money order customers note that you need to mail payment and your completed order form to the above address.
Western Union and Moneygram customers please email us your control number so we can retieve your payment and process your order.

SHIPPING INFO:
Please note that we usually ship the same (or next) day that your payment is received.
Items are shipped via insured priority mail or first class depending on weight with tracking and signature required via the US Postal Service, with a 2-4 working day delivery time, often longer with COVID.
We are located on the West Coast, so for East Coast, Hawaii and rural delivery please allow 2-7 working day delivery time.
We only charge your credit card when we ship and only charge for the items sent.
We email USPS tracking info to you so that you may track the package on its' journey to you via www.usps.com.
If you were not home for delivery, your postman will leave a pink pick up slip in your mailbox for you to retrieve the package at your local main post office.

If your order does not arrive in 10 working days, please contact us so that we may track and investigate with the postal service.
If lost, we will file a claim, and upon claim payment, we can resend your merchandise, subtitute another item of your choosing, or refund if the item is sold out. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that the post office does not pay claims on items shown delivered to your door, so we cannot be responsible for items stolen from your mailbox.

MAIL ORDER EXCHANGES:
We will make every attempt to remedy any problems, however, there are NO REFUNDS. Notify us within 7 days of receipt if you desire an exchange. Note: unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Exchange merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt in unused, unworn, odor-free, new condition with tags attached and/or in original packaging. Merchandise exchange credit is for the value of merchandise only, not freight. The customer must pay for the shipping costs of returning item(s) and must pay for shipping of the new item (However, if defective or incorrect merchandise is received, we will pay shipping cost of replacement.) Hosiery and body jewelry are not returnable.

IN STORE EXCHANGES:For items purchased in our Fullerton store the item must be exchanged unworn and odor free in original packaging with tags attached accompanied by store receipt (either credit card slip or register receipt) within 7 days of purchase. There are no refunds, exchanges only. Sale items and lingerie are not exchangeable or returnable for any reason. Sorry no exceptions.

DETAILS ABOUT PAYMENT METHODS:
All orders must be paid in advance in U.S. dollars in one of the following three ways:
Cash (at your own risk),
Money Order(preferably AMEX or USPS postal money orders) or Western Union (they send us your money for a small fee.) Please use the name "Terri Kennedy" when sending via Western Union.
Credit Card-MC, Visa, Discover (U.S./Canada residents only)
Money orders must be in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. based bank, and made out to Ipso Facto as the payee.
For best results enclose a copy of the order with your payment or a handritten note indicating what you ordered.
You may also use Western Unionto send payment. They send us your money to a nearby WU office for a small fee. Please use the name "Terri Kennedy" when sending.
Or you can use Moneygram. Here are the instructions for Western Union or Moneygram:
Use the "buy" buttons next to the item you are buying on our webpage.
This will take you to a secure order form when you are finished shopping.
On the Ipso Facto order form choose "western union/moneygram" as the form of payment.
Then visit www.westernunion.com or www.moneygram.com or a WU/Moneygram physical location to make payment.
Payment options via WU and Moneygram are credit/debit cards, direct debit from your bank account, or cash at their physical locations.
To pay by credit card on Western Union's site choose the "online" option, then on the next page click on "money in minutes" after selecting your country of origin and "USA" as the destination.
Then follow the prompts from there and send us the MTCN number via email to ipsofacto@ipso-facto.com when your transaction is complete.
Please use the name Terri Kennedy as the payee.
The online "Money in Minutes" same day service transfer is the preferred method, by which they wire your payment to an office near us.
Please note Western Union charges varying fees for their services. When you notify us via email of the control number (Western Union will do this for an extra fee) we will pick up the cash at our local Western Union or Moneygram office and we will ship the same day or next business day.

(This is the address where your credit card bill is mailed monthly.) We do not ship to work addresses. No Exceptions.
Note: We verify each address to make certain it matches the card holder's billing address.

Freight Charges:


When you click the "buy" button next to the item you want to order, a order form will appear.
The freight charges will calculated for you once you select the destination and click recalculate.
After you select "Go to Payments" you will be taken to a secure server where you can enter your delivery address, card info (if U.S./Canadian) or other payment method and complete your purchase. If paying by mail via money order, please send a copy of your order or a write on a paper the item ordered, your name, address, phone number.
